I enjoy snowmobiling in my spare time and I also am a big supporter of making sure that people in the sport are educated about safety in the event of avalanches or other situations that may ruin your trip. I've taken quite a few survival courses and one technique I've heard discussed is using your snowmobile to start an emergency camp fire using a bit of cloth, gas from your tank and the spark plug from your engine. But I had never tried it. So I decided to film myself attempting this method. After a year on YouTube I had over 50,000 views.
One person on YouTube commented: "hey thanks i saw this video a little back a sure enough it came it handy i had to spend the nigjt cuz my sled blew up thanks it probally saved my life"
