I worked as a camera man at the inaugural ChampTruck race at PIR working the live broadcast on the last turn before the main straight stretch, and also doing the video work for all of the live interview segments in the pit area. The video below is quite long since it covers a full day of racing but there are some great highlights especially at the end of the last race on Sunday, October 4th.

I often work as a stagehand for concerts when they come through town and sometimes they need a camera operator to fill in for the touring crew. When they do, I get the call to join the video crew. Recently I've done video for several concerts but I had a particularly good time shooting for Aerosmith and I found some footage of the concert I shot on YouTube. I didn't shoot this clip - a fan in the audience shot this. But you can see the big video screen behind the performers has a bunch of camera angles, and I was running one of those cameras, so every now and then you can see a second or two from my camera on the big screen. My camera position was out in the audience on the right hand side. I have done four shows in 2015 for RAW Artists that showcases up and coming artists at an event that creates a synergy between visual artists, musicians, make up and fashion designers, photographers and more. I was brought in to provide live streaming services to the Portland World IA Day conference which simultaneously featured talks in 38 cities around the world. I set up and manned two live cameras, plus I switched to the presentations, and keyed titles on to the edited video feed. Feel free to view one of the presentations from the conference below exactly as the live online audience was able to see it. I drove down to Newberg to create a business profile video for Matt at Golden Eagle Pest Extermination, and I created the following video. I was brought in as a camera person to shoot the flat track motorcycle races at Castle Rock, WA, and I manned the camera on the last turn of the race track. As they line up on the front stretch I got the backs of the riders, but I was able to capture the racers at all positions around the turns. You can see my work in the following videos.
I was brought in as a videographer to help film B-roll for an episode of Mountain Bike Mania. I shot all of the scenes of biking out in the big open clearing where they were jumping as well as about half of the scenes of them riding through the thick forests.
I created a business profile video for Bliss Roofing in Clackamas, Oregon through Superpages.com which can be seen here: The video shoot included doing interviews with several employees, and gathering B-Roll of their facility. I then sent the footage over to my client who edited the footage and posted it to the Superpages YouTube site. I was hired by a company based out of New York to film some B-Roll of a local winery in Castle Rock, WA. They edited the video together and it is now showing on the web site for the winery.
This is another video that I filmed for MoPro, a company that sells web site packages that includes a video among other things. They hire local videographers to shoot the video. This is a video that I shot (but did not edit) for the Rosen Law Firm in SW Portland.
